If you want to take the written exam, you must pass the written portion of the test to become certified. A Commercial Property Manager Certification can become a valuable asset when trying to get a job in the property management field. However, it is important to understand that this certification should not be taken lightly. If a person takes the right courses and refreshes and certifies each year, then this certification can become a lifetime credential.
